Terms of Service
Effective July 20, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of lawn-sharks.com and the services provided by Lawn Sharks Lawn Care Co. ("Lawn Sharks," "we," "us"). By requesting a quote, creating an account, or booking a service, you agree to these Terms.
Quotes & Estimates
Estimates submitted through our website are preliminary and based on the information you provide. Final pricing is confirmed by our team after reviewing your property and is presented to you for approval before any work is scheduled. Prices may vary based on actual property size, condition, and requested services.
Scheduling & Access
You're responsible for providing accurate property access information (gate codes, pet notices, obstacles) at the time of booking. Lawn Sharks is not responsible for delays or missed service caused by inaccurate access information or an inaccessible property on the scheduled service date.
Payment
Payment is due upon completion of one-time services, or according to the billing schedule disclosed at signup for recurring/subscription services. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Accounts with an overdue balance may have future service suspended until the balance is resolved.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
You may reschedule or cancel an upcoming visit by contacting us before the scheduled service date. Recurring service plans may be cancelled at any time effective for the next billing cycle; charges already processed for completed services are non-refundable.
Photos
Our crew may take photos of your property before and after service for quality assurance, billing documentation, and internal record-keeping. These photos are visible to you and our operations team through your account and are not used for public marketing without your separate consent.
Limitation of Liability
Lawn Sharks will perform services with reasonable care. We are not liable for pre-existing property damage, irrigation systems, landscape lighting, or other in-ground fixtures not clearly marked or disclosed prior to service. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid for the service giving rise to the claim.
Account Responsibilities
You're responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.
